Royal French Kiss x Chicado Boonsmal(Boons Docndipity)
Minnow is by Royal French Kiss, a son of PC Frenchman’s Hayday and out of a Royal Quick Dash mare whose full sibling earned $1.2 million on the track. Royal French Kiss has also been proving himself in competition and is a free-running style horse.
Minnow is out of Barracuda, my favorite roan mare. She may have been cow-bred, but she was quick, catty and a powerful 2D free runner on the barrels. This cross combines speed, athleticism and plenty of natural ability on both sides.

Minnow now has around 30 days under saddle and is coming along exceptionally well. He lopes beautiful circles, has a wicked stop and naturally wants to turn on a dime. He is showing many of the same qualities that made his mother so special.
He has been ridden on trails and down county roads, including while the roads were being graded, and handled it without an issue. He is broke to the walker, good for the farrier, easy to pony from another horse or a four-wheeler and has also ponied other horses himself.
Minnow was recently paid into the Ruby Buckle for 2027 and will remain in training until sold. He currently stands around 14.1 hands with more growing to do. His dam stood around 14.3 and was an absolute powerhouse, while his sire is approximately 15.1 hands.
